We want you to feel confident when you shop with us. We offer the option to return purchases for a refund or exchange them for one of our products, subject to the following replacement and return terms and conditions:
• Returns and exchanges must be made within four (4) days from the date of receipt of the order.
• The products must be in their original condition, unused and in the same state as when received.
• There are no returns no exchange on discounted products.
• We will execute the refund process by transferring the amount to the customer through the bank; cash refunds are not provided. The transfer will be made after receiving the product from the customer and verifying its condition.
• If a product with defects is sent by us, we will refund the value of the product to the customer.
• If the order is returned by the customer the shipping fees are non-refundable.
